"The inside of the restaurant was nice and I was looking for a nice milk tea to fill my craving. I ordered the Assam Milk tea (new on the menu) which comes with brown sugar boba from their classics menu. I asked the lady if it is too sweet, as I prefer my drinks on the less sweeter side. She told me it would be only sweetened by the boba so I ordered it. I ended up not liking my drink, and came back right after leaving to change it. I asked if I could get my drink a little sweeter or just changed but she was hesitant to change it and the other gentleman working told her to not change it. At first she said yes, then after talking to him, she said she wouldn't and just asked to sweeten my original drink. They sweetened it but I still didn't like it. But it seemed too much of a hassle to ask to get it changed again since I had such a hard time getting it adjusted. I thought it would be easier because there were two signs in the store saying they would happily remake a drink if not satisfied. Apparently not. Besides this, the environment inside was nice, but the drinks were just ok. The tea was not too strong in both drinks and frankly a little watered down. Personally wouldn't come back unless I really wanted to try a new drink, but not sure after this experience."
