"My friends and I were in the neighborhood and craving bubble tea and bubble waffles, so we decided to stop by in the early evening. The restaurant wasn't too busy, but there were a few people in front of us. We had to order from a kiosk machine and wait in line for our items. I usually go for Jasmine Milk Tea with boba, less ice, and 30% sugar, but they only had a 25% sugar option, so I went with that. I also ordered a regular bubble waffle without any toppings. My friends ordered different drinks and bubble waffles too. Our orders didn't take too long, about 10-15 minutes.
Unfortunately, the Jasmine Milk Tea was disappointing. It lacked the Jasmine tea flavor, and the boba was mushy and overcooked, making me think they had been sitting out for a while. There was also hardly any ice, despite my request for less. It was just okay at best. But the bubble waffle was even worse. It was cold and mostly air - half empty, with the dough not being chewy at all. It was a huge letdown and felt like a waste of money.
The bubble waffles and drinks my friends ordered were also subpar. I couldn't understand how a business could maintain itself with such poor quality. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and puts more effort into improving the food and drinks. Unfortunately, they have lost four customers today."
