"I’m giving this place this low review for the following reason: the customer service. The girl working in the morning has absolutely appalling costumer service. I smiled and said good morning, and she responded with the most annoyed look on her face are you picking up? The misery at having to do her job is very unappealing as a customer. I was excited to try the bowl, but her rude attitude ruined the experience. Let me be clear, I did enjoy the food, and I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but I was shocked by how rude the staff is!I have worked in the service industry for years, and trust me, I get it- but this girl is too young to be so bitter and sour. I went home and told my friends about the experience, they were in agreement- Sobowl is known for having super unfriendly staff.To the owner, please be conscious about the people you have working for you because you are losing customers."
