"I frequent this location a few times per week. It 's very busy, especially on the weekends but have never really had any issues. I ordered 2 old fashioned donuts and my usual coffee the other day (mobile order) and when I got there, they were out of the donuts. The manager/supervisor asked if I 'd like 2 different donuts and I said sure. She apologized sincerely and I told her it was no big deal. Fast forward to the next day, I went in for my coffee and when I picked up my order, the girl that handed it to me also handed me a bag with 2 old fashioned donuts in it and said she said to give these to you too. That was very thoughtful and nice of the manager/supervisor to do that and it really shows they value their regular customers. 10/10 would suggest she gets a raise and promotion!"

"Service, food and beverages here are on par with other Dunkin’s. Their staff however always seem completely miserable. Don’t expect smiles or pleasantry here. This location is also super busy during morning/afternoon commutes and school drop-off/pickup times."

"I have visited this restaurant location several times, as it is nearest to my home. Unfortunately, most of my visits have resulted in mediocre service and food. However, my experience today has compelled me to write this review. The young woman at the window (who I believe was initially taking my order before a more professional employee stepped in) showed little regard for me, pushing my coffee out the window with her back turned and handing me a box containing my subpar breakfast sandwich and only three crumpled napkins. She did not say a word to me other than the total, did not place the item in a bag, nor offer one. I wanted to address her directly, but I knew it would have escalated due to her poor customer service and lack of professionalism. I hope that management will emphasize the importance of providing excellent customer service and specifically coach this young woman on how to improve. Having individuals like her represent the front line of your business could lead to the eventual closure of this location if these issues are not addressed."

"I just moved back to Belmont and I was afraid of this dunkin. I never really leave reviews. ive is now withdrawn and this dunkin has taken a good turn. the guys there are always gentlemen and usually fast it is not often I come here and there is a long line. I order the same two coffees daily and they know that I am my pink car lol and they are usually the right way. They turned it around. especially when each of the boys is young, they have respect and manners."

"That's the second time I've been in this Dunkin' in a few years. Donuts was, and before this visit... And I always mean fresh, soft donuts were given. Jelly Donuts, chocolate frosted donuts, cake donuts and glazed donuts. I have clicked over this special Dunkin' Donuts location many people as the best location from four or five different locations in Irving, Arlington, Hurst, Bedford and Preston Street. I don't know what happened to the Donuts today, but I wasn't happy with the Donuts that were given to me. They were definitely old and not fresh, and I'm disappointed. I will come back and update this post after my next visit"

"Very rude people. First time I ate there, they told me they didn't have the food I had already paid for online. Didn't have any good substitutions and didn't offer a refund. Second time I ate there they shut the window (drive thru) on me and said they were close at 4pm!!! Never coming here again. Learn how to treat your customers before running a restaurant."

"Not all Dunkin Donuts are created equal... this one in State Bridge is consistent. Coffee always piping hot and sides are prepared well. When the pumpkin donuts are available they are on point. ;)Not always the case at other locations. I don't know if a different recipe is used or if it's just the baker... anyway...I make it a point to go to this location.. especially if I'm getting anything additional with my coffee."

"Don't go in unless you are able to hear the young lady at the register who isn?t speaking loud enough to compensate for her terrible mask and the plexi glass barrier. They put too much cream in their coffee so don't go here unless your are ok with explaining to employee's how to do their job. Go out of your way to get your coffee at the canton rd location, they are very good at what they do. Being inside the store was very uncomfortable as the employees have no respect for eachother and promote a hostile work environment. They forgot to make my bacon egg and cheese bagel and only began to make it when, who may of been the shift lead, asked me why I was still there. They then proceeded to give me a over proofed bagel sandwich. Any regulars here definitely missing out. I cant even bite into the sandwich its so stale. Drink wasn't too terrible and they got it to me fast."
