"We had a great time here! The food was delicious and I definitely recommend the American Dream Roll! The orange chicken was also amazing and the service was fast and graceful. "We were there on Valentine's Day. We arrived for a reservation and were told that it would be minutes more because the people at our table were just finishing up. We waited at the bar for minutes and I went back to check. A different hostess told me that it would be minutes more because the people at our table were just finishing up. After another minutes, we gave up and ate at the bar During all of this, I called up Open Table and saw that Sawa was still taking reservations minutes in advance. Clearly, they just overbook and try to wing it as it comes The sushi was good and the bartender was friendly"

"We love Izumi's for ?Birthday Celebrations!? Great food we watched being prepared on the Grill in front of us by an amazing grill chef with a superb sense of humor! He was super talented and put on a fun show, too. Everyone loved trying to catch the food in their mouth he tossed! It was all delicious, especially the Filet Mignon! The Shrimp and Chicken is all superb! We've tried it all and live it every time! Last time we came it was for my daughter's birthday ? and she had 2 of her children, a few friends and several siblings with their children plus Grandma Grandpa, so we had a large group. All of us were included and had a fantastic time! They even have Sushi!??? Try it! You will be glad you did. ? ??"

"The absolute best sushi and sashimi. Food is always fresh and prepared creatively. They have a great menu and great specials too. The customer service is even more amazing then the food which is near impossible. You are treated as if you are family not a restaurant patron. The sushi chefs go out of their way to make your dining experience the absolute best it can be every time. The waitresses are perfect, sweet and knowledgeable. They are also very kid friendly even when your kid doesn't like sushi which makes it so much easier and better. They could not do anything better in any way they do food service and everything to perfection!"

I just tormented the scary thing with us. the Habachi show was not existent. habachi 100 times to habachi and that was least by far unforgettable. we had people who have rarely ordered medium rare and medium-heavy. he cooked them all the same and gave them to us. "Been going here for years. Hibachi is a fun experience. Chef’s cooking was fine but showmanship was lacking as he frequently dropped his tools and sent me home soaked in sake because he shot more of it on my shoulder than into my mouth — hopefully he gets better with time, but wasn’t ready for prime time."
