"My meal did come with my room plan but it was pricey for especially for kids. The gratuity included was unnecessary. I tip well and I don't like to it included in your bill. Tipping is for the patron to decide that is why it is called a tip. You should not have to tip 15% or more to a waiter if you get a buffet and all that they do is bring you drinks and clean your dishes off. I would definitely give more if I ordered off the menu."

"Had so much fun at BVs grill. Dinner was delicious with great service from our waitress Jeanne Marie... added extra special touch to the dining service with her fun personality. After dinner we stayed at the bar and listened to the dj who spun great music all night long. Managers Brian and Yasir were on top of everything making sure every customer felt valued. Peter our bartender for the night made sure our glasses were never empty. Stayed so much longer then we thought because we had so much fun!!!"

"Great place to work, the internet isn't strong outside. The coffee was really good. However, the newer staff is not as friendly and kind as the older staff. Especially the lady with the really dark make up."
