"A friend told us about the seafood at Brighton Beach Bagel Bakery, so that is what we went to try. This place is not fancy but it was clean. You order at the counter and they bring the food to your table. Everyone was friendly. The food was served hot and as ordered. It was very good and it was nice to find a place with whole belly clams, outside of New England. Our group ordered a lobster salad sandwich (medium size), New England clam chowder and clam cakes, fried whole belly clams and a grilled chicken sandwich. Everything was tasty. Clam cakes were a little dense, but still very good. I looked at what they had at the bakery, but did not buy anything. It was about 6:30 so the bakery cases were not as full as they probably were in the morning, but what they had looked good especially the Linzer cookies, which I will go back to buy. We thought everything was reasonably priced and we will go back."
