"I used to order from this place when it was called Penelope's so I decided to give Rony's a try. I ordered a large plain pizza for take out. That's it. A simple order. Got the pizza burned. Took it back inside to get my money back. Was offered another large plain that was already in another box, but I didn't want it. (How long has it been sitting there? Who knows, who cares The owner, I'm guessing, starts talking back to me when I simply stated I wanted my money back. Mind you, I was not being hostile at all. He just didn't want to waste money and throw out the pizza. Maybe don't burn the pizza for your customers next time. So get this, he said it was my fault and that I should've asked for a lightly cooked pizza. Really? You mean that I have to call and order a lightly cooked pizza every time because you don't know how to make pizzas? So, please tell me, who calls and orders a burned pizza? Instead of apologizing, he keeps running his mouth and tells me how he has lots of customers (yet his parking lot is empty). I feel sorry for the fools who order anything from this dirty pizza place. By the way, what do you think he did with the burned pizza he gave me after I returned it? Do you think he threw it out? Nope! He put it on top of his oven and will probably try to pass it off on the next customer. I wouldn't give Rony's pizza to a starving rat, it's that bad."

"We attended mother's day buffet. Food was OK but not top notch. i expected, but didn't see, pasta station, omelet maker, etc. Service was fair, but acceptable. What was not acceptable to me was an included, and hidden, 22% tip for a buffet. We won't be going back."

"It was a bit confusing as to how it worked. We were in the lounge section and someone “pointed “ us to where our table was. Then it took at least minutes for the server to come. We had to ask how to proceed. Although she was very nice we had to keep looking for her for help. Walking across the entry to get to the food was frustrating as there were people coming in, people leaving and those with full plates of food that we had to navigate through. Then no one picked up our dirty plates! You definitely needed more servers for the amount of people there. My suggestion is each room should have their own food station which would alleviate all the confusion. You wouldn’t lose any seating as the tables would replace the food station."

"One of the best culinary experiences we ever had! We arrived without reservation on a busy Saturday evening and they talked to us by squeezing us with a very short wait. My friend had the Butternut Squash Ravioli with chicken and he claims it was the best pasta he ever had! I am gluten-free and they went beyond and beyond to make sure that my meal was gluten-free. Our server was absolutely fabulous! We're so happy to stumble over this restaurant!"

"This place has a nice variety of foods. They usually don't take too long to get your order ready but they are a little pricey for what it is. The waiters and waitresses are mostly really nice to us everytime we go. I like that it has sort of a vintage look to it and a homey feeling."

"We were in the city of NYC for a few nights. We ordered from a few local places, and our best experience was with Frank 's. We didn't know what was good, so we ordered some items in the first night. After a not so great experience that was ordered by a local diner for breakfast, we went back with Frank's in the second night. My children who are super picky have torn off the pizza and chicken fingers. The salads were fresh and delicious, and the portions were very generous. Hoagies also get a thumb. I was surprised that the Fried Shrimp Platter was basically popcorn shrimp, but my son ate it so that a thumb also gets. My daughter loved her spaghetti and meatballs. Overall delicious and comfortable."

"This place reminds me of the family restaurants I went back in the 80s. It was nostalgic for me. The staff was nice and helpful. Many seats, so don't wait. The menu has a number of options for all in the family. We were in the middle of the afternoon for a late lunch. I opted for the BLT chicken sandwich (usually seasoned grilled chicken breast with bacon, salad, tomatoes and avocado on a sesame seed bunker), and knitter fries (do not shade these in years). I enjoyed my meal together with an unsweetened iced tea. My son has spaghetti and meatballs. The pasta was al Dente, which was good, but the sauce tasted funny (I confirmed that when I tried a bite). It was kind of sweet, but not like a typical marinara sauce. It came with a big meatball that was so dense that he had a hard time to cut it. He's twelve and usually has no problem cutting things. He was disappointed with his meal and could eat only a quarter of the big portion they gave him. Actually, I can't say I blame him. That's how it's somehow hit or measured, depending on the court. Prices are somewhat high, but if you only visit the area, it is a decent choice compared to some of the other options."

"Pretty darn good, and I was pleasantly surprised by that. Diners are hit or miss for us, and I can say this one was a hit. I could tell how popular the location was just based on the sheet volume of customers. The food was pretty good, not the greatestfood in the world but just good, solid food. My husband had the Philly Cheesesteak. The meat was tender, and hot and fresh. Thebun was well toasted. He also ordered onion rings that were pretty good too. Well made, just needed more seasoning. I orderedthe Club with ham and turkey. It was very yummy! The ratio of meat to bread to condiments was perfect. I had the fries, whichwere indeed steak fries. Could have been a little crispier. Also needed more seasoning. Kiddos had breakfast items, youngesthad silver dollars (one was a cute Mickey shaped pancake! and the oldest had Four Deuces. They split the eggs and bacon. Thepancakes were fluffy, and the eggs and protein were good. The eggs needed a bit of salt. The service was quick, everything washot and fresh, and overall a great place to eat. "So the family and I went for dinner and it was delicious we had , calamari ,clam chowder , calzone and a pizza ... Let me tell you if you like calzones like I do it's top tier in taste it comes with dipping sauce that was fire .. they made a mistake with the pizza but it wasn't a big deal they just added pineapple but I was my fault I told them pineapple at first but then the kids just wanted pepperoni it was delicious and they even gave us a free dessert. You won't regret eating here!!!!"

"This is a very beautiful, dress up experience. Food comes in 5 courses. You get soup, salad and pasta with all the ducks. The drinks are strong. The apps were very familiar to the meatballs and enjoyed filled mushrooms. We got steak in the night recommended to Geno and it was very tasty came with beans and a potato. Would recommend everyone to spend a romantic night."
