"Katerina's food is pretty good but their customer service isn't the best. They 100% do not provide everything you have paid for. Me and my coworkers have placed numerous orders and each time we either didn't receive the beverages or a portion of the platter is in correct or missing. These platters are supposed to come with specific food items and beverages. They need to do better. My last time ordering two days back no beverages or specified food item. Please CARE enough to DO Better by your customer. y"

"The service, atmosphere, performers, and owners are awesome! The food was good, but I have had better food for the price we paid. . The limoncello cake was the bomb! The stuffed mushrooms were small and greasy and the calamari would be better if hand battered in house. The only serious critique I have is the entertainment fee charged per person. This was not specified on Open Table when I made the reservation nor the did I see it anywhere obviously stated on the website. The music was great, and we love supporting musicians, but paying on top of our food bill was a bit much. A suggestion: if you have dinner reservations and spend over a specified amount, the entertainment fee can be cut in half or removed"

"This was my 5th time here and they’re still #1 go-to, and not just for a nice, quick cocktail on the Boulevard or some really great pizza, but literally Michelin Quality Food served right here in Delco. Homemade, Fried ravioli, ground veal and beef mix, panko and cheese crusted, with a whipped fontina over homemade marinara? The “Fat Chally” sandwich… pretty much a Charcuterie board on a seeded roll (including the honey), is seriously a masterpiece. Seafood is amazing. Service is fast, friendly. 10 stars."

"In this restaurant because it was recommended. When we arrived, it was quiet, about 3 tables. It was at 7:45. Server brought us to our table we ordered because we had seen the menu in front of the hand, and since we knew that they closed at 9:00 we wanted to be fast. Server got our drinks as we waited for our food, more people came in. It took almost an hour until our food arrived. Our server came back once to fill Soda again, never came to let us know whether the kitchen has experienced a waiting period or whether there was a problem. Our server was just ahead and spoke between the other servers. I could see that our food is in the window and the server took a while to get it because it was too busy talking to colleagues. After our food arrived, not much was said to wait for our food. An apology or recognition that it was almost an hour. I asked her for a box and the check we made with our food. I understand that restaurants are busy, but on our arrival the restaurant was not busy and the server did not interact with us all the time when we were there until she brought our food. When we asked her for a box, she said okay and brought us our stuff. Easy customer service and attention. Very disappointed will not come back."

"My girlfriend and I stopped for an early dinner a couple months ago and were genuinely surprised how good the food was as well as how much fun Jena our waitress was. We've been back a couple more times since and were not disappointed by our meals. The food is always excellent, the price great, the service great regardless how busy the restaurant gets, serving size is amazing and Jena always remembers us!!! We will always request her to be our waitress every time we return which we will. Please share this with her and tell her Mark and Wendy do go to Mangias for her attentiveness, her efficiency and definitely her personality as much as we come to enjoy the amazing food!!! "I would highly recommend this ristorant. The atmosphere is very nice and it is very clean. The Chicken Vesuvio and Braciole were excellent. The portions were great. I am very picky about my Italian cuisine as I learned to cook from a woman from Italy. And again very impressed. Lindy was out server she was very friendly and knowledgeable. The wine recommendations were on site. She didn't rush us at her time. Ask her when you go to dinner. When I go back and I will. Pinot Noir will be my wine of choice. The Pinot Grigio I had last night was very good. Can't say enough about this place. This Ristorante is a MUSS!!"

"This place has gone from zero to heroes under new management. It's not the same place we went 25 years ago. Prices are moderate. The food is abundant. The atmosphere is casually elegant and there is plenty of room to eat and feel safe in, unlike a very popular restaurant nearby that was packed for Sunday dinner. "We were greeted by a friendly staff. We were seated quickly for a Friday night. Seating at the table was comfortable but the floor was slippery I’m not sure if it’s built up grease or a cleaning agent. The restaurant appeared to be clean. We were given cold pizza bread and regular rolls that were also cold. It could be really good if they would heat it before serving. The salads were small and very leafy I would have preferred iceberg since the salad was filled with leaves. They were also out of sweet sour dressing. We ordered traditional pasta with meat sauce and the Lasagna Classico. They charged an additional $2.50 for the meat sauce for the traditional pasta which barely existed. You can see in the photo the meat sauce may as well have been non existent. The flavor was decent and cooked Al dente I would ask them to cook the pasta longer if I return. The Lasagna was good and plenty of cheese. Our dining was definitely not worth the $40 that we paid for the evening. Still looking for that amazing local Italian restaurant!"

"The owners here use people. They drive a $100k BMW have their kids working here. If you deliver for them, they pay 6 bucks an hour, you're washing all the dishes and doing all the cleaning while his kids take all the deliveries. They hide tips and probably keep half. When i called him out on it, the owner shaddi tells me i look like a druggie. What a joke this guy makes fun of people. He's keeping tips if that's his only response to an older skinny guy who has cancer. I grew up in an orphanage because my mother was an addict. So this really upsets me. Especially since i dont use drugs. Rich guy picking on people that he uses. Well done. They don't clean at all. They have a rodent problem. Dead mice or rats out back and you can smell it."
