"Horrible service. They do not answer the phone. I ordered a pizza at 4:47pm and got an email saying it would be delivered in 45 mins. At 5:19pm I got a text that it would be delivered at 5:50pm (so an hour after I ordered, fine. At 6:05pm I got a text that the driver was approaching with my order. At 6:30pm he had not arrived. I tried calling this location 8 different times between 6:30-7pm. Each time the phone was picked up and put on hold, without a hello or anything. 3 out of those 8 times I called, I was put on hold for more than 5 mins and still no one picked up. I hung up and called again, and again. They were not answering the phone. At 7pm (2 hours and 15 mins later I decided I would drive up there and find out where my pizza was because I got an email at 6:50 that my order had been delivered. (It hadn 't. I walked out to my car at about 7:05pm and the driver pulled up with my cold pizza. I asked him what happened but he didn 't speak English and couldn 't understand what I was saying. I 'm furious."

"Large slices great quality inexpensive. What's not to love. Smack in the middle of Georgetown after a long walk we really enjoyed sitting at a very cute table outside and enjoying the people watching. I was expecting for the price to get a greasy bad quality pizza and I was really surprised to get something really quite delicious and with this high-quality cheese. The staff was very friendly and the setting outside was quite nice."
"My wife and I love this place. Our location in Bethesda is a takeout and not a dining location. We live just above the restaurant. It's open really late when we get hungry coming back from vacation and other trips. We have always experienced more than friendly and professional service. We love the food in the variety of food. The presentation is always phenomenal. The delivery men and women are so kind. Thank you Manny and Olga's for being an exceptional business."
