"Not a pleasant experience. Since when is it acceptable for customers to play their own music in a fine dining restaurant? The atmosphere was tacky and uninspired. I always thought Sheraton would be ashamed if they were aware of this happening in one of the hotel's dining establishments."

"Always wanted to come here and finally during this KW visit. Manager really nice. I checked in with every table and called me by name after the exit. Very nice. Service was excellent. Has the meat leaf and it was great along with the Buttermaisch potatoes. The lime cake for Dessert was heavenly. Prices are not cheap as elsewhere in KW. If my hopes had been set to empty the baked crab cake, but for $56 I can get a nice steak in Chicago. Take advantage of the experience at least once. Thank you."
