"First of all, the house dressing? UNBELIEVABLY GOOD. And I’ve never eaten anything from this place that wasn’t delicious (and I’ve been going for 10+ years). But I’m writing this review because of how well they handled my partner’s allergy. We often have problems when placing orders because we emphasize that he has an allergy to milk (not lactose intolerance, an actual allergy), and when we get they meal, 70% of the time they still gave us the milk/cheese. I wish I got her name, but the woman on the phone was so knowledgeable about the ingredients used and took so much care with double making sure with the cook in the back for what he used when we arrived to pick up the order. "We were looking for a good steak, and decided to give Ribeye and Rye a shot. Various websites indicated that Thursdays were “Steak Night”. Typically that means there is a discount on steaks. That was not the case at Ribeye and Rye. Their Steak night consisted of a free dessert with ANY entree, not just steaks.We were pleasantly surprised with the Ribeyes! They were well seasoned and very meaty. The quality was great and well worth paying full price!!I deducted one star only because of the dessert. They could have definitely kept that!! It was supposed to be a strawberry shortcake. Instead we received a tough piece of angel food cake with some whip cream and strawberry sprinkles. If you are going to put that as a freebie… please make it a good one or allow your patrons to order a dessert off the menu!!"

"This review is a long time coming! We order pastas / pizza from here almost every week since before Covid, and the food and service are consistently stellar. We've been thinking about trying other places, but... think why change a great thing! They care about the quality of food, as well as the people they serve. You know the customers, they are personal and the food is excellent. The ONE time (consider that we have ordered a hundred times) I pointed out that there was a problem, it was immediately corrected and a new order sent out, no questions asked. Do yourself a favor and give them a shot that you will not be disappointed."

"The best crazy salad of your whole life. I have lived all over the world and on 4 continents there is still a salad. You'll also want to put extra avocado okay, no problem just pay a dollar or 2 more. The slices of pizza are good. The tacos are also great. Knock on wood, this is about the only place near Dover, I don't check my bag when I go because they never mess my order. No missing utensils or sauces, no missing items. Seriously, my favorite place everywhere. Because what it's worth, I never got sick here after dinner. The boys are always polite. Please never leave Dover or take me with you!
