"The Bertucci must be hard with the staff. We went the other night there (and it was a holiday night in Needham) and it took 45 minutes until the waiter came to our table. I think they had two waiters for the whole dining room. Our poor waiter had literally walked around and tried to please everyone. Once we got our order, it didn't take so long until the food arrived, maybe 20 minutes. I had aubergines Parmesan and it was delicious. The spaghetti with meat sauce was top notch, like the salad someone else ordered. The salmon was something burned on an order, but we will not keep it against the place as they seemed to deal with a difficult situation. We will definitely come back."

"Please remove this restaurant from your list! I had made a reservation for my mother's birthday and was asked about my experience, but the restaurant is permanently closed. Thankfully, my sister drove by and saw that it was shuttered a few hours before our reservation so we were able to find another place to go."

"Our group of almost 30 people had a reservation cancelled at another restaurant. Last minute we called this Bertuccis location and they were able to seat us. We waited less than 10 minutes for them to put tables together. Despite only having two waitresses at the time our orders were quickly taken and they figured out how to setup separate checks for us. The waitresses were patient and very accommodating. The manager helped out, was also patient and had a great sense of humor. Our food and drinks were brought out way quicker than expected and the staff was great when we sang happy birthday and did cupcakes. Overall a great experience with great staff and service."

"visited recently for the first time and didn't realize how good the pizza is. i don't think the pasta is homemade, but i'm not a big pasta person anyway. i just went for the crispy thin-crust pizza. i like the build-your-own and went with eggplant and ricotta cheese. very good. love the crunch of the crust. from what i hear, they recently got a new manager and he has really turned the place around. must have been the guy who stopped by the table to see how everything was. nice guy. had glasses but i'm not sure about his name."

They took us well and the waitress was fantastic. the pizza was great, the mac and the cheese was great, the garnelen flowinguccine was great, but four people hated their chicken parm for over boiled chicken and over boiled pasta. So, maybe they stay away from ordering. otherwise, very nice house."

"My husband and I were able to finally fit a date night, even if it was lunch, lol! We are the lively parents of 4 and it was nice to eat together for lunch. Bertucci was the perfect place to share a pizza and iced tea on a rainy Tuesday. Taina was our server and she served us quickly and was very gracious. The food was hot and delicious! A great meal!"
