"Delivery guy left without delivering my food bc I didn’t answer his phone call. He never even came to my door! When I noticed the missed calls, he was rude and obnoxious. Now the restaurant refuses to deliver to my home. Very obnoxious of them. Rude and ridiculous. I will call sals in mamaroneck location and give them my business"

"we order from here quite often and they were always good, but recently they have messed up the orders and if they want to complain, they want to give them a few dollars before the offer to replace the order they have massacred! if they get them to replace the order, they take back the wrong order! I don't know what to do with the food they take back, but this is the last time we order from here. we always spend $80 or more when we order and they can't get it together! I understand that mistakes happen, but if they do it repeatedly, something is wrong with it!"

"We've been fans of Panino's Downtown for many years. Decided to try Panino's Eastside and got sick on the uncooked Tomato Puree on their Spaghetti! It was acidic, disgusting and decidedly NOT Italian. No self respecting Italian would use Tomato Paste as Pasta Sauce on Spaghetti! Food prices have gone up and the food quality has gone down. The Brussel Sprouts appetizer was good, as was the service."

"the pizza was cold burned, about 8 pieces of cheese rate cutting corners, for profit, pizza was hard not able to eat, manager said 1 dollar from the next cake, what a laugh, and I even gave a 5 dollar tip, wow"

"I always have a great experience when getting food at this restaurant. My family lives nearby, so I always make a stop here. The prices are fair and the quality is consistently good. Parking can be a bit challenging (I believe they are working on some parking options next door), but overall it is a great place with a wide variety of options. They also have delicious desserts!"

"We'll be, that's unusual. A huge place, big staff. Lotso’ production and marketing. They would expect quite a lot to be picked up by the ankles and shake until the entire money comes out and is pushed back to the walkway. “Thanks for your money, say to all your friends!” ...but it doesn't play like that. It feels really comfortable and friendly. The amount is relaxed and connected. The employees are engaged and genuine (esp. Kelly). A great mix of young and old, children and pets. That was a really nice experience. Very recommended."

"Curry Pizza or also know as India Palace was really good. They have Indian food, traditional pizza and curry pizza. I got the Tikka Masala Chicken and it was really good and I enjoyed it. Someone in my group got Butter Makhani Pizza that looked amazing. I’ll have to try that next time. Service was nice and it was a great experience."

"Ive ordered from here several times never had an issue I clearly told the man on the phone my street number and he kept repeating the wrong street so I said it louder he accused me of screaming at him and proceeded to be condescending to me I canceled my order I will never order from giannis again! Get that nasty mofo a hearing aid!"

"Stopped in for a quick lunch past by many times but first time stopping in .wife had a panzarotti with sausage and mushroom .was excellent ordered a small it was huge and stuffed well .daughter had 2 cheese slice's ,good better then average .I had the super fat cheese steak .with pep,ham,bacon nice sandwich could a used a little more cheese was a tad salty as well ,butt overall a good steak sandwich .it was a little warm in the dinning room .but overall a nice lunch for the price I will try again better then carolos pizza for the Price .Worth a try ,friendly staff as well ."

"The Mancini family was run as a small family business as long as I remember. her restaurant runs a front and rear kitchen. they have trained chefs to create everything in a traditional Italian restaurant. However, they still only allow the close family to operate the pizza oven in front. When I enter Mancinis Pizza, the first impression I get is a warm welcome. They are a busy restaurant, but they make it a point to make delicious food with unlimited professionalism to anyone who goes into their doors."
