"When this restaurant first opened, it was a top-rated establishment with an innovative menu, generous portions of fresh sashimi, and wonderful flavors. However, the quality of the food has declined significantly over time. The spicy octopus salad and crispy rice tuna are standout dishes that I always order, but recently the salad just hasn't been the same. I remember it used to have large pieces of fresh octopus, but now they use a marinated version that, while still tasty, doesn't compare to the original. The whole salad just doesn't feel as fresh and delicious as it used to. The crispy rice tuna, on the other hand, is still excellent. We also ordered a regular sushi platter, and although the portions were decent, the quality of the fish was lacking. Overall, the service was good and it was a pleasant experience, but I can't help but miss the high-quality food that this restaurant used to serve."
