"Leatherbys never fails to provide exceptional service and delicious ice cream. My family and I used to go to this location before the Elk Grove one opened up. We were still met with the same helpfulness and creamy deliciousness. They were able to accommodate a last minute table of 20 people on a Thursday. Our waitress, Diane, was so patient gathering our orders and helping one of our grandmas to the bathroom. During the middle of the service she was very attentive in filling up our waters as well.The food we ordered was the Daddy Dave's Split, which is humongous but we split amongst 5 people. We customized our ice creams to strawberry, pistachio, and mocha almond fudge topped with hot fudge, caramel, and strawberry sauce. Each flavor was super creamy, and I appreciated how the ice cream with the nuts didn't skimp out on the nuts within the ice cream. We also ordered a side of House French fries, which were light and crispy without too much salt and fairly topped with ranch, cheese, and bacon."
