"My husband brought an old deflated mylar balloon to Jewel to inflate. The woman in floral gladly inflated it and said she had to charge him the same price as he bought a completely new mylar baloon and inflated it... $20... Jewel you didn't sell us the balloon to get paid for it, so should have changed less or told him BEFORE inflation that it will cost the same! Not a good business policy to get charged for something that wasn't bought."
