"Our last two visits to The Old Spaghetti Factory have been extremely disappointing. The Downtown Denver location was a letdown when we celebrated my birthday in July. The service was terrible, our order was wrong and came out in pieces, and the server was overwhelmed. We were even charged for items that were delivered to the wrong table. The server showed no effort to make things right. Tonight, we decided to give the restaurant another chance, but it turned out to be the worst dining experience I've had in Denver. Janiece was not only rude and did not provide good service, she was also the most unfriendly person I've ever encountered. Both Janiece and the manager, Issac, were unprofessional and did not represent the restaurant well. Overall, our experiences have been disappointing and we will not be returning to The Old Spaghetti Factory. It is concerning that individuals like Janiece are representing the establishment, as it may lead to negative consequences for the business in the future."
