"The food was good as usual but the service lacked a bit. Our server was obviously inexperienced, but sweet. She struggled to open a bottle of wine, she spilled it, took forever to check on us so I had an empty cup of coffee for a loooong time and a pile of dirty plates on the table until the manager, we guess, took the pile of plates with him. I do believe in second chances so I will go back and even have the same server"

"The service was terrible. The waitress asked if we had been there before and we said yes. She then proceeded to tell us good that way you know how it goes . She took our drink order and she did not get my wife 's order. She walked away without asking her what she would like to drink. The waitress seemed to disappear for long periods of time and we could see her spending time at the bar chatting with the bartender. The meat servers were more attentive to a large group than the rest of the tables and we were not being offered any of the cuts. The meats they were offering were not all the ones they usually offer. There were only about 5-7 different types. The meat was overcooked even though we were asked at the beginning how we liked our meat cooked and we asked for medium rare to medium. Most of the meats were medium well to well done. The serving of mashed potatoes we got at the beginning was cold. We never got any bread and when we asked the waitress for it, she said they were out and more was being baked. After more than 15 minutes, we saw our waitress come out of the kitchen with a basket of bread and we asked her about ours and she said they were out again but baking more. She put the basket she had down on our table with an attitude. Since we were sitting in front of the door going into the kitchen, we could see the other waiters and waitresses come out with more baskets of bread. We understand it was Father 's Day but we were there after 7 PM. They seemed to be handling the tables OK but our waitress had a bad attitude. Cant say if she was the same with anyone else but we felt she was being that way since we are Hispanic. We ahve been there many times since they opened and it is the first time we were treated badly. We will not return."

"We had a reservation on Tuesday morning. We were welcomed and sat in the middle of the room it was a nice room with a touch of class. Beautiful music in the background. Excellent Christof server) was attentive to our needs. I'm asking for his section. The salad bar was filled with interesting and delicious sides they had several delicious sauces for your meat selection. They had many hard and soft special cheese and some delicious sourdough bread slices. There were also other hot sides nearby like several types of potatoes and black beans. The plentiful meat choices were brought out by an employee on a skewer and they cut them right at the table. There were about 5-7 different meat choices and you can all try. We had only a water and a soda, but they had a large collection of wines that wall the room walls and the bar was full of service. The desserts and drinks are not included in the special price, but they were a fair price and the desserts all looked decadent, we shared a Brazilian cream brûlée it was very good. We come back to our next special occasion."

"I've been fed to Westlake Texas de Brazil since it opened. I always had a great service and a great meal. If you are new in the restaurant, visit their website to see the available meat. With the exception of lamb chops, all other meats are included in your dinner price. Once sitting, I ask our favorites of flank steak and leg of lamb. The spicy and garlic fillets are also very delicious. Feel free to ask what you want instead of waiting to see what comes from the kitchen. If you are not a fan of medium rare meat, just let the servers know and they take care of you. Take your time at the salad bar and do not fill in salad. Try sampling the various offers on the salad bar and heated foods."

"This place is absolutely a treat! The quality of the food alone takes everything away. The ambience and the attention to detail being our anniversary was spectacular. Overall this was a huge win eating wise. "Everything here was excellent, every single thing on the salad bar was delicious and fresh and everything had an excellent individual taste. All meat, the chicken the steaks the sausages were super tasty and you ask that the meat rare, medium, well made, but you like it they cut it for you. "I gotta be honest. I have been to multiple Brazilian Style steak houses and this one is one of the best. Our server was this very helpful girl from PR who engaged conversation with us in a very friendly manner. She explained a lot of the different foods and gave us tips of how to make them more enjoyable. The cocktails were good but nothing crazy. Now the meat there is great i really think they should take a second look at there chicken even though the tase was great i felt like it was a bit dry. Everything else was great great service, the manager asked us a few times if we needed anything else and it was just a good dinning experience. I will definitely be back."
