"You can’t go wrong with Bill Millers chicken with some jalapeños. It’s the best . BUT today I was craving chicken! So here I go drive thru , place my order for a three pc. with jalapeños and the famous Bill Miller tea. Of course their is always a line of cars at Bill Millers it’s a given . So I am next waited in front of the window which seemed like an eternity, then the human opens the window and tells me no chicken ! I have to wait 20 minutes. I just waited in line. Now an additional twenty minutes? So folks when you order chicken at this location ask first if they have chicken when you order. That’s if your craving chicken. Very disappointed so I drove off."

"2 orders that never miss are the Wrangler Plate with green beans and hash browns, and the lean brisket taco with potatoes. On rare occasion, some of the meat isn't so lean. Some are thicker end pieces (yummy! Others are thinner mid-slices. Sometimes dine-in doesn't have lemons in the bar, but they will give you a pack from to-go.It's fast food bbq brisket done consistently, at a good price, and quickly."

"Their chicken skin is like what I imagine a mummified Egyptians skin to be like and their bacon and egg tacos have a 1 in 4 chance of having a great piece of bacon and one little poot of egg that you almost can't even see behind the bacon. It make me cry. I go for the Sweet Tea, pecan pie and bean and cheese tacos! The chicken strips also make me cry. When I need to cry I think of bill miller's chicken strips."

"I ordered through door dash and ended up with 2/3 meats missing out of order. The chicken tenders were over cooked and not edible unless you have the jaws of a T. Rex to chew them up. Bleh.,… went in the trash. Door dash refunded 3.90 for 2 missing meat sides on about a 14.00 plate and of course your just left without most of dinner. I was staying with my mom who just got out of the hospital and could not just head out in the car to fix the issue."

"Such a shame me and my boyfriend always love to come to bill miller?s for tacos and we were beyond disappointed today. He drove 20 mins to get us tacos while I stayed back and then when he gets home and we are about to eat we see poorly made tacos. These tacos were slapped together with barely nothing inside.. they weren?t stuffed. These are some sorry looking tacos. We called and he had to drive 20 minutes back to get new tacos. Such a disappointment.. it?s not that hard to put together tacos. Whoever the manager is here needs to make sure their employees are looking at the food before they send it out. The lazy man does the most work.."

"Would not leave stars, but had to choose one to publish my review. Terrible service. I waited 30 minutes for a 15 piece of chicken, just so the unprofessional staff could give my order to the wrong vehicle. Then the guy laughed about it, pushed his hands in the air and said: Oh, not my fault there were two identical vehicles. It wasn't even the same. Make the same, but different model. Spoke to the manager and everything she could say was that this order went out. Yeah, it went to the wrong person. She gave me my refund, but she didn't even try to fix the situation. Bad management and unprofessional staff. If they are waiting for an order, they need a better process in identifying who ordered what and who owns the order!!!"

"This restaurant is absolutely amazing! The food is both visually appealing and delicious. The grilled chicken is moist, tender, and well-seasoned. The chips and guacamole are crispy, crunchy, and fresh. The salsa is uniquely spiced with green chili or jalapeños. Even though I am not usually a fan of beans and rice, they were perfect and delicious. Highly recommend trying this place!"
