"We always go to the Copper Kitchen for a special occasion or to bring people from the family. We've had always great experiences. Well, this one wasn't so much. The hostess did an awesome job. My congratulations to him. We got our beautiful spot. When we were having a chat this lady came and pour our water without saying a word. Like: NOTHING. We looked at each other surprised but we thought She must be the busser (My husband is a restaurant manager and we've both worked for the restaurant industry so we know what this is about). After a while, the same lady came to our table to take our drinks order. Happened to be the same girl who poured our water. She didn't acknowledge the fact that we were with babies (Something you would do at least while being fake to MAKE YOUR TIPS She only asked about drinks and right after if we had decided in our drinks. She did not take the time to introduce herself, or to explain the specials from that night. After waiting for a while, we saw our drinks going to another table and as it was the one next to us, I turned around and explained the lovely couple what was going on. We all laughed and she did apologized the other table when realized but never said anything to us. We had finally our drinks and appetizer which she never asked how it was. Then we asked for salt and pepper which went to another table again. We were SO looking forward to our dinner here and we did not bring home the best experience. What we can say is that we really like the food quality and that it is original. I have to say that I'm not sure If I will be coming back but what I do think is that the manager should be paying attention to their servers and recommend tips or training to those like ours that time. I even put a note as it was a special occasion (My moms death anniversary). There was NO interaction or care for our table. We usually tip more than what we're supposed to. Not this time. Too bad."

"My husband and I come to the city every year for Valentine's Day dinner, and that was the first time we were strongly underwhelmed and disappointed. Oysters had a “off” taste that I have never experienced. And my beef Wellington came out so rarely, 95% of it was unusable for me. When I told the waiter, he told me that the cook wanted to prepare it.... okay?.... well, a small warning would have been great for those who didn't like rare steak. Or maybe if they asked how you prepared your steak, he could have cut me from a cut that was not soooo rare! Either way, nothing has been done. So I brought it home for my dog... And to be honest, I really didn't care about any of the pages that came with the beef of Wellington. (And I am not a picky meal!!!!! It kills me! The mushroom content was not what I expected. The unique mushroom tasted very rubbery and just strange! And my men's fish escaped was so crazy little. He ate it in practically a bite and then felt so hungry. I had to double check he didn't order accidentally from the appetizer area. I let him eat the rest of my potatoes, so he didn't starve for the rest of the night. We had fun that we had to stop at McDonald's on the way home.. Drinks were okay. Nothing to rave. But we have fun with a private greenhouse (bring a blanket, it gets cold! . They ran out of the dessert we originally wanted, but we thought that the Toffe Dessert we ended was very good. Overall, no great experience at all, and I feel sad as we was wasting money. Harper's garden seems like a cool place to meet friends in a greenhouse for drinks and a cheese board. But I would not order great meals / ways."
