"I write this impeccable review to discuss the meaning of honesty. I was told that I received a free smoothie, so I drove 15 minutes to not receive my free smoothie that was promised to me. instead received a special $8 smoothie, which was very rugged. I am not satisfied with the service especially of the smoothie girl natalie. how do I even describe this gurl. did she sleep the job? I wanted to poison my friend? I'm faint. claims that she does not have kno chemistry, but has a a in the class?. u might think what this last part has to do, tbh idk jus had it in. overall not satisfied with my experience, especially the smoothie maker nat. I think the chef must conduct a serious conversation with which she discusses her future as a smoothie manufacturer. next time I come, I hope another 1 of these special clothes for free c my name on it cuz it was kind of good jus needed a bit more mix. if I don't mean biz to ur rival jamba."

"Really bad tasting. I frequent a number of different juice bars and make smoothies at home so I'm no stranger to healthy high quality foods. The two smoothies I got today were the worst smoothies I've ever had. I don't typically sweeten my home made smoothies, not necessary if you use ripe fruits and juices. Whatever they used this morning was horrible, the orange crush was sour and flavorless, like the fruit was under ripe, the pb mocha was bitter, sour and had little bits in it like coffee grounds. I couldn't taste and peanut, banana or anything beyond the bitter coffee. They were not drinkable even after taking them home and trying to add a few things to make them better. I will not be returning."

"After a training I had to try toxic meat it was very delicious, but I have it without ice, I think ice cream could be better if you?re someone who feels a freshness. Me? I enjoy room temperature food because I like to drink it at once and let me tell you that the staff was incredibly friendly the girl behind the register was it a lot of fun and the guy who was making my juice was really thorough. These types of drinks it makes it worth enjoying the rewards program and they have an app that you can easily download with a QR code coming past and try them out, I certainly enjoyed it!"

"I wish I could give zero stars according to my experience today! I placed an order on Monday for the 3 days cleaning and a dragon fruit bowl. I received a confirmation email from 3/23 at 12:15. I arrived at the right place on time and said they had no order for me. I showed the staff my confirmation email and they confirmed the date, time and place. I asked if they could fulfill the order and I wait and said they need the permission of the manager. The manager asked me to come back the next day, which is terrible customer service. I requested a refund and was told that the refund could not be made in business and I would have to request it online. Would definitely not recommend this facility if you order online."

"This is my first time ever coming to a Nekter store but I ordered 2 six day cleanses through the app. The day of pickup I go and get told they did not have enough supplies for both but I can return at a later time to get the other one once it?s available. This is very inconvenient. I ask for a manager and a woman comes to speak to me, who later in conversation, I learn is not the manager. Why do they not call the customer prior to pickup to explain that they do not have enough supplies to complete the order at the intended time? They kept insinuating it was my error because I never got a call informing me my order was ready, but how would I know if I have never been there before? The app showed my order was complete. I am so disappointed in the customer service I received. Absolutely no compensation for their negligence was offered to me. This service was not worth the $70 I paid for half an order and the need to have to return again. I will make sure to let my other coworkers (who were interested in this detox) know not to use this location. ."

They screwed up my order today, went back to repair it and it was packed, so I decided to go to Chandler Mall for one to try. The chandler mall is much better, they fixed the problem immediately and were so nice to me! Much better experience and customer service will come to this"

"This place is closer to me, but I usually love to go to the one that a little further. Well, I decided today to go to this. One of the worst experiences I had. I ordered a Banana Berry shot and there was no one except me. But it took 10 minutes to make my bowl. When they finished, I was handed over a bright pink bowl. I asked them if they did it right and they laughed and told me they forgot to add Açai. Didn't even apologize, but laughed and made it. I waited 10 minutes and was handed over a very fucking bowl. It doesn't matter how they present themselves or want customers. I don't like blueberry, so I always don't get a blueberry extra banana and they couldn't give it to me either."
