"A really top notch restaurant, and Chef Dan Ramos brings out the very best in the flavors of his specially prepared dishes. The menu changes frequently, so you will always have a unique dinning surprise, be it osterich filet, buffalo loin or the like. The wine selection can't be beat with over 350 wines from which to choose along with a sommelier to assist in your selections. The prices are high, expecting around $80 for a good full course meal, but I found the food to be worth it. A very good, competent waite staff. And, if you want to really judge food by the flavor, not the appearance, the offer eating in total darkness wherein the waite staff has to wear night vision glass in order to serve you."
