"I called today to ask about store hours *specifically* because it’s New Year’s Eve and an employee told me they’d be open until 10P as normal. Showed up at 8:20P only to be told they’re closed. I mentioned my phone call earlier and was told that they’re closed due to a “night shift development.” Really sucks because I hadn’t been here in years and drove 2.5 hours on a false promise."

"Inconsistent and underwhelming- came here about 6 months ago and was impressed, I’ve been waiting for quite a while to come back with my wife. Tonight we finally were able to find the time to come together from the other side of town so I could show her why I’d been hyping it up and we both left disappointed.
