"I previously had a good experience here but today our order was so wrong, I feel like they accidentally gave us the order of someone else who just happened to have some similar things. And then they were mad that we wanted it fixed? We got some of it corrected when picking up and noticing the price was way off but once we got home we noticed some of the remaining contents are not correct. Then we called and they were rude about it, as icing on the cake. They called back and said we could pick up a refund for the incorrect portion of the order. Fine, thanks. Then they called back AGAIN and said instead of a refund on what was missing, they would replace those things only. She acted like we were trying to pull off the crime of the century. So now I have to drive across town to pick up part of a meal from some rude angry people and man I can't wait to eat that. This was supposed to be a nice father's day dinner and we spent most of it on the phone and cooking our own food to complete the meal so I'm not thrilled."
