"We have dined here numerous times in the past but the last couple times have not been great. This last time our service was horrible. We had a table of 6. Food was good but our server was horrible. Had trouble getting her back over to the table in a timely manner for drinks. Our main course was brought to the table but none of our sides showed up. We asked and she forgot to put them in. This was 6 sides ordered and never received. For the price you pay we were not impressed."

"The bisque was subpar and the crab cakes were lacking seasoning, but the steak I ordered was supposed to be medium well and some parts were rare. The chef needs to pay more attention to their craft. However, the service was excellent."

"My husbands meal was ok but filet was over cooked. I never got to eat my meal. I ordered the chicken special with puff pastry. After 50 minutes I asked where our dinner was. I was told they were out of the chicken special so they had to make it. I said I wish I was told I would have ordered something else. After an hour got the chicken so dry and tough I couldn’t eat it. Told waitress please give me the 8 0z lobster tail. She said I would have it in a few minutes. Twenty minutes later it was served to me raw. I only ate a couple baby carrots from hubbys side for dinner. The maitre d said he only charged me for half of the bill. Which was hubbys food.. I wanted to say you aren’t doing me a favor I never got a meal to eat… usually food is great but tonight was terrible. I canceled my reservation for Aug 5 and we will eat at the Buffet"

"I've always enjoyed Miceli's for its history, good food and ambiance. I hate to say this but the old wait staff needs to go. They clearly get overwhelmed when it gets busy and the night I went was not busy at all. Two of the items I ordered were not delivered capresse salad and soft drink when our dinner arrived so I asked to have them taken off my bill, which he did. But his lack of attention cost Miceli's so I would imagine this happens more often when you're busy. Food was soso this time"
