"Service was painfully slow the hostess seating us took our drink orders (coffee and iced tea not particularly difficult), and nothing arrived for about 30 minutes. No waitress arrived either we had to flag down a waitress working the other side of the restaurant to get service. We saw our assigned waitress once during the 60+ minutes we were there; I assume she went back to sleep in the back room. The other poor waitress had to basically cover the entire restaurant. She was great."

"This place has gone down hill. They're not consistent with their service or food so you never know what you're going to get. My mom's biscuits were hard as a rock, she couldn't even cut thru it and she asked for another one to be made. Dad and I shared pancakes which were like eating straight dough. I like doughy things but it was sticking to the roof of my mouth making it hard to swallow. The manager Julie, was very nice though and took care of the bill. The two stars are for Julie and our waitress who were very kind people."
