"We used to really enjoy PA BBQ…food and service were consistently very good. Service is still decent but the food, specifically the ribs and pulled pork, has changed. Our last visit was especially disappointing. I ordered a large pulled pork sandwich. The sandwich looked great and portion size was over the top, but the meat had a chewy, rubbery texture. It was difficult to chew it up enough to swallow it without choking. I experienced nearly the same issue with ribs on previous visits. Don’t know what they changed about the cooking method, but sure wish they would figure it out. It will likely be another year or more before we go back…if ever. Talk about leaving a bad taste in your mouth…"
