"I've been here many times, and the sushi has been decent for belt sushi, but after the last few times, I couldn't bring myself to ignore how dirty the place is. I'm not sure if it's always been that way or if it's just gotten worse. It started to make me concerned about food preparation and cleanliness. The staff turnover is very consistent, and the one person we did see stick around for a while ended up working at another restaurant we visit sometimes. They confirmed some very unsanitary practices and the poor treatment of the staff. When we went, we’d try never to go at peak times because first come, first serve isn't always how they seat people. I think it might have to do with the size of your party, but sometimes they will sit others that have arrived after you. It's not always clear why."
