"Celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. Everything was very nice, disappointed in the Texas Redfish as it was overcooked which made it dry and tough to eat. I requested it pan-seared, but seared too long. I did mention it to our waitress, Emma and she offered to have it another one cooked. I declined as our dinner meal would be out of sync. Still a very nice dining experience."
