"Very unhappy. I’ve been coming here since the first day they opened. The juices are the best around but I was so disappointed today. Not only did I find out that when they stopped doing the stamp cards they have electronic points and never told me and I even asked about the stamp cards you’d think when they said we don’t do those anymore they would tell me about their new point system. I go there all the time and spend a ton of money to not even be told once. Today I ordered avocado toast, waited there for 20min for them to forget and not make my toast. I had to leave cause I was now late for my appointment next door. When I went to pick it up I ran in real quick to grab it and got no apologies that I for my toast after an hour. I’m extremely upset and I may not go back now after all these years. I own a salon and I will be telling my clients. I’ve always promoted here and now I won’t. I’m disturbed by the bad customer service but I guess that’s what you get from young kids working. Geez not even an apology. She just screamed Thank you at me twice until I finally said thank you but she didn’t deserve it. So rude!"
