"Should have listened to the numerous reviews complaining about order accuracy. The sugar level in my monster latte was nowhere near 75%. Barely had any sugar and the cheese foam I paid for wasnt included either. The instructions are right there on the label so not sure what happened there but I wont be back."

"Love their Ube Milk Tea with rice milk and their fresh black sugar boba! All their seasonal drinks are super good as well.I don’t like that they removed the social aspect of ordering in person. They only have kiosks now and those kiosks ask for tip even though they are offering less service than they used to. Defeats the point in tipping."
