"I'm reviewing a lot of food in the area, and I'm excited to write this. I found this place through Yap. I saw that there were only 3.5 stars on egg yolk, but 4.4 on Google, so I said why not and there was an attempt. Don't make it that I tell you. You have a very extensive create your own part of your menu and I found it a little confusing first, but her staff was so patient and helpful after I had asked her to explain a few things to me. Her ramen is with RaiRai for one of the best ramen in the southern jersey area. I really like their grilled ribeye wheels, I had to try after seeing their reviews. It's a lot of steak in the ram shell. The black garlic gave the broth a nice taste. It was worth every dollar. The philly Cheesesteak dumplings were good, but I found that the hot chicken baby was significantly better. I also tried her sushi burrito with salmon in it and omg, it was just as good as her ramen. The salmon was very freshly tasting and their were so many options. I'll be back soon to make a Poke Don shell."
