"Great service today! Bina was well prepared, not perfection, but even better than average. Honeygreen milk tea was great with a milk sprayer instead of cream. Strawberry Peach Green Tea had parts of mango that was delicious. Thai tea was freshly brewed, strong and rich with a beautiful touch of sweet. The girl who took my order was especially friendly and worthy of the business."

"My first time trying Boba Time and it did not disappoint! I was craving for coffee and the #5 Frosty Milk Espresso was perfect! You can taste the bitterness from the espresso and the perfect sweetness from it, not too sweet. And the Thai Tea Smoothie was good as well!"

"I stopped by today because I love supporting small businesses and I am so glad I did. I ordered the Horchata latte and it was delicious. The vibe is very cute as well. The only reason I can't rate it 5 stars is because of the service I received from one of the Baristas. I was extremely excited to check this place out but since it's my first time, I was asking questions. The girl helping me, Alexa P (according to the receipt) was not very nice. I brushed it off because at first I thought I probably just took it wrong. I immediately felt uncomfortable asking more questions resulting in me ordering the wrong coffee for my mom. The second time I interacted with her, she was rude again. I commented to my mom and we said maybe she's overwhelmed because there were 5+ customers at the time and she was trying to make all of the coffees in a timely manner but then I noticed she was very nice to a different (male) customer. I still tried to brush it off and not let her ruin my experience but I quickly realized that she did ruin it for me. I had a total of 3 interactions with her and they were all unpleasant. Her attitude definitely changed my mind about bringing my friends to this place if she's going to be working. The other barista seemed pretty friendly though. Hopefully they can hire friendlier people that don't mind answering peoples questions in the future."

"Place seemed pretty cool they're open until 11. The cashier a young Caucasian grrl with double nose piercings has a real attitude. Attitude, no people skills, her whole demeanor is unprofessional. Needs major training or this business will take a hit. Other employees cleaning and doing other things were much more nicer and helpful than her. Drinks were okay most of the Boba in my milk tea were hard."

"I used to like this shop but the owners/upper management treat their workers terribly (underpaying, wage theft, misuse of gov loans, union busting). I’d rather support other boba places than this chain that exploits its super sweet n talented staff. I’m not planning to come back unless boba guys successfully unionizes."
