"Didn’t call our name to be seated. Accidentally checked us off while waiting right in front of hostess stand. Drinks were brought out piecemeal. Ladies asked for straws for their drinks, went and got their own after 10 minutes. After I was almost done with dinner, they told me they didn’t have my beer, almost an hour after ordering. One order was wrong, 2 salads brought without dressing, took 15 minutes to bring out dressing. “Corrected” order was still wrong, but we just ate it. Both salads had cucumber slices on the which had obviously been frozen. Supervisor asked how our experience was, and we told him. Promised to heavily discount our dinners, and then left without fulfilling his commitment. Overcharged for 3 drinks over menu prices, including the beer I never received. It was apparent that most if not all of the restaurant staff were thrown into their jobs with little to no training. But they’re one of your only options for miles, they will never see you again and you will never see them again, so there is little incentive to have you leave a satisfied customer."
