"Was less than impressed. Stopped here after taking Brightline to Frost Museum. Had reservations and host needed to walk inside for 5+ mins to see about our table. Came out and then sat us outside. We asked about a table inside and he told us there were no tables available. Walked inside to use restrooms and behold a plethora of tables were available. Thankfully it wasn’t stifling hot outside. Our sever wasn’t impressive either. Menu was ehhhh only because it was Sunday and it was brunch. Had a few cocktails, shared some apps and left. Honestly wouldn’t recommend. Only value was the view."

"I was charged extra I k ow this because I order the same thing all the time I tip 20% and because we had a group of 6 this visit gratuity was added which is fine but my normal 45 dollar bill was 68.00 and because of the tablets I could not be provided with an itemized bill. I also didn’t want to seem like the patron who had a problem tipping so I just dealt with it but I won’t go back"

"My husband and I had breakfast here and we’re underwhelmed. The decor was shabby and the upholstered arm chairs were dirty and stained. We ordered from the breakfast menu instead of doing the buffet, I had eggs Benedict and the eggs were cooked properly but only a trace or hollandaise sauce was present and the Canadian bacon was over cooked and tough. My husband had the banana macadamia nut pancakes and they were just ok. The service was fine and there were plenty of empty tables. I really expected more from the Ritz Carlton."
