"$24.48 for my 2 kids to get the limited edition Adult happy meal. Then get home 30 minutes later to find they didn't even receive the limit edition toy! I called and was told they were out and people were just purchasing them for the happy meal box.I'm sorry but I'm not paying $25.00 for a cardboard box that's going on the trash! She said she would make it right and allow meto get them the toy when they came in which I'm happy about but not about the hour trip I'm making there back. Wished I wasinformed. "Stopped by this location on my way back from Pensacola. Walked in and not one person came to take my order. Wasn't busy at all. I stood there for a few minutes waiting and looking around. One employee was sitting in the lobby looking at me. Never got up to tell anyone someone is up front or anything. So now I go over to the kiosk order a fountain drink and soon as I pay now a female notice the order on the screen gives me my cup and walk away.. I will not waste my time or money at this location again."

"I use the app and park at the curbside for pickups. Every time we go there, we end up waiting a really long time while we see other cars getting their food much faster through the drive-thru. Some might wonder why we don't just use the drive-thru instead. My answer is that they don't provide curbside service unless orders are taken and delivered in sequence. It seems they don't bring out curbside orders until everyone inside or in the drive-thru has been served. We really like the app, but we wish they would offer a "light" option under the customization settings."
