"Not impressed. We came on a Sunday around 11 am. Open seating. We chose a table up stairs. There were four tables with patrons. We did not get greeted or given a menu. We sat long enough to watch one table have their order taken, another table paid their bill, another table their drink order was taken and served, and they started cleaning off the table that paid. Not one person acknowledged us. Really wanting to eat here, we decided to change tables. We went down stairs. Sat by the window. After a few minutes someone brought us a menu and water. We sat for eight minutes while I guess who was the manager cleared a table that had been empty. The bar tender waited on us at first but then he kept taking care of the bar patrons. I will never go back. Never got to eat anything, my food rating is because the menu didn't look all that great. It is too bad because it is a beautiful room."
