"I placed an online order for a pizza and cheese bread, but both items were undercooked and raw. I was shocked when I took a bite. When I called the restaurant to report this, the employee told me that I should have checked the pizza before picking it up. I explained that it was delivered, and questioned why I should inspect it beforehand, even if I had picked it up. He then asked what I wanted him to do, seeming indifferent to my situation. I offered to send him a picture as proof, but he wasn't willing to refund my money or send a replacement pizza. I will definitely not be ordering from them again and can't recommend this place to anyone. Now, I have to deal with the fact that my children almost ate raw food!"
