"The food was good old fashioned southern home cooking. We had the pork chop with gravy (nice and tender) and fried catfish (crispy) with cornbread dressing (tasted like Thanksgiving), cole slaw and cornbread. The service was good and the owner is a nice friendly gentle man. We can't wait to go back for fried chicken and oxtail and rice. It is a cozy quiet place with soft modern jazz in the background."
