"Not sure what?s going on with this place but customer service and quality is down immensely. I ordered a pie that I often do and upon getting it home disappointment struck. Completely wrong pie. Ohhhh no, my stomach said. But as hungry as I was I ate a slice and it wasn?t terrible but it wasn?t good either. So, I called to let them know that there was an error with my order expecting great customer service to match what the quality of the food used to be and was disappointed yet again. They offered no customer service whatsoever and only said thanks for letting us know!!! I asked to speak with a manager and she actually refused to take the call. Now for the record I wasn?t looking for free food, only an authentic show of being customer centric. Had they offered a free pie I would?ve declined. However that would?ve been the difference in this establishment still having my patronage!!!! So, Roma pizza you are now my go to. Adios feasta!!!!"
