"I had been here once before to dine in and had a pleasant experience, but I think this place lost any future business from me tonight. I placed an online order for pickup for 1 medium pizza and 2 orders of wings. My confirmation email said it would be ready in an hour! Well, I showed up at the appointed time and had to sit and wait in my car for another half hour before they finally brought my food out. Ridiculous! I should've gotten my food for free at that point! Plus, when I got home, I found out they messed up my pizza order. "
