"Mama's has gluten free pasta and gluten free pizza on their menu. We ordered GF pizza and I was very impressed that they were obviously following careful GF protocols. The pizza arrived in a foil pan resting on a regular pizza pan meaning that they were conscious of minimizing the chance of cross contamination by working dough on a potentially flour dusted surface. Further, they served it with a cellophane wrapped mini pizza cutter! Please maintain these high standards, Mama's! Otherwise, service was pleasant but orders were inaccurate and several diners in the group complained of bland chicken pasta dishes. Pizzas had generous toppings but lacked spicing. Portions are ample and the restaurant is BYOB. The atmosphere is more family restaurant than pizza joint."
