"I love the pizza here! It's a family owned pizza shop with a very traditional interior. I ordered a medium house special pizza, and it was so good! It was a slightly higher proportion of veggies than meats which I really liked. The crust is also a good balance between super thin New York style crusts and the ones with thicker dough. Everything was freshly made and piping hot when I arrived for pick up! The owner was really welcoming and took the time to introduce his menu as well!"

"They have a very extensive menu here. They have different specials for each and every day of the week. On days when football games are on or even other sporting events, and holidays they always have a different special for each event. Just stop in or call and ask what other deals they have that aren't on the menu. When football games or other big games are taking place be prepared to have to wait a lot longer for delivery as they get very busy at those times. I always ask the time difference to just run and pick it up myself. If your order ever gets messed up, which happens sometimes when they get busy, just call them and they will make whatever it is that you're missing or is wrong and send it to you, or they'll give you credit for the next time you order. The food overall is good, and the value is fair. Everyone has a favorite place for pizza, cheese steaks, and whatever else. This place isn't going to win an award for pizza or cheese steaks, but it's great for the extensive menu that everyone in your family will find something they will enjoy."

"My wife and I used Frugatti's to cater our wedding at the Metro Galleries downtown on July 14. We used them because their food is outstanding as we had their most popular dishes in the chicken mushroom as well as the lasagna. We also had their famous stuffed mushrooms, salad, and rolls to finish off the meal. The food was fresh and absolutely delicious as Frugatti's did their part to make our special day perfect. Beyond the outstanding food, the service was top notch. Two young gentlemen were extremely professional and friendly serving all of our guests their food and making everyone feel important. They even served my new bride and I so that we can further feel special on our most important day. The two servers were attentive to the needs of our guests by filling up drinks often and busing the tables in a timely matter. Frugatti's was extremely easy to work with, food was outstanding, and the service at our wedding really made our day special. I can't say thank you enough and if their were more stars, I would give them to Frugatti's. We also had a lot of guests from out of town that spoke very highly of the food and service. "Ordered wings from here and asked for them to be extra crispy. The wings I got were literally not even fried. I think they bread their chicken and boil it. I called and asked if I could have them remade. The guy on the phone told me, “No one has every complained about the wings before” and he said they can’t make crispy wings bc of the sauce? I told him I was bringing the wings back for a refund. HE HUNG UP ON ME. I had no choice but to at least try to eat them. They tasted like a soggy Buffalo sponge. I couldn’t even finish the wing. I got a pizza as well and it was mediocre at best. Don’t come here, horrible food and horrible service."

"We loved the food. However, this evening we started to place an order and use one of the coupons (we’ve used often since we order 1-2 times a week from here). The gentleman said asking the order told us “you can’t use this coupon every time you order”. There no mention of this on the site or the menu. I’ve never had an issue using coupons here in the past. I asked him to cancel our order. Safe to say, we won’t be ordering from here again. If you offer a coupon with no mention of how many times you can use that coupon, you should honor it."

"We usually order from our local pizza place but wanted to try something else. I thought we would try this place, but was not sure what to expect (pizza easy to get right...but even get EASIER WRONG! We were NOT disappointed and glad we decided to try. The pizza came relatively fast and was hot fresh. Cheese extra ordered and there was a good amount of cheese on it.
