"This place has really went downhill! It’s been a tradition to stop here every Hatfield’s trip the past 10 years. Not sure what’s happened here but the quality of the food has drastically went downhill. Even the margaritas suck anymore. The staff all seem to have a “I don’t care attitude” After the last two times of lousy food and huge food increases, not sure I’d go back. Which is a real shame."

"Delicious pizza. Our group got 3 pizzas: Margherita, pepperoni, and ham pineapple. The meat eaters enjoyed theirs, and I loved the Margherita pizza."
"How hard could it be… ordered pepperoni on entire pizza — mixed peppers and sausage on 1/2. What did we get: Pepperoni and sausage on the ENTIRE pizza and peppers an about 1/4 Not edible as someone cannot tolerate sausage. When I called to let them know, the guy that answered acknowledged that they messed up “many” orders tonight. No consistency on the pricing or accuracy of the order. NOT GOOD,TWIN OWKS..Learn to get it right"

"Sat with my daughter and ate my food as employees were having a conversation about being sick and having just a little cough with no masks on. The lack of concern for clients is disgusting. Why would you come to work around food if you’re sick."

"This place is so adorable YET casual. Came here with my sisters and the waiter we had was so sweet. He checked on us often to make sure we were good despite him being the only one hosting mixing drinks. The pizza and the meatballs I enjoyed very much. The drinks are more on the sweeter side but I did enjoy my Moscow Mule. Overall great service, a cozy experience where we didn't feel rushed. I will definitely be back! "Nothing I've ever had at this restaurant has ever been good. The chicken tenders are mechanically separated frozen chicken tenders the size of an actual child's finger. The Mac and cheese is literally just noodles covered in generic government cheese with absolutely no flavor. Sprinkling a little bit of parsley and dill on top of your government cheese Mac and cheese does not make it gourmet. The pizzas are coated in a thick layer of grease, and have no sauce on them.
