"As a writer currently running away from their writing, there are few distracting-pleasures quite so succinct as a good sub. You can 't get good subs at a Subway, you say--well, dear reader, that 's where you 're wrong. Rolled in for my Usual and had a pleasant chat with an employee while they made probably the best version of my Usual that I 've ever had (tall, bleached curls, wearing a mask with a Japanese(? character on it that 's probably from an anime I have neglected to watch, also wearing very cute earrings (mismatching!! love that!! from some sort of video game/online series/show that I vaguely recognized but not well enough to name it. They gave me a good amount of jalapeños, first time in a year of this Usual that I 've been slid enough--can you pay them more for that? I must emphasize again, that in a year of ordering the same sandwich over and over again, this is the first time this sandwich has ever looked perfect. 10/10, would come back again. If I hadn 't used Maps, I wouldn 't have been able to find this location, but am glad I did--it 's quiet and clean, with a table and benches outside to sit and eat if you wanted, faces south and gets good sunshine."
