"I would like to preface this with saying that I really try to avoid giving negative reviews, but I've given this place like 4 tries at this point and every time the service is awful! The food is actually pretty good, specifically the spinach dip and the speck pizza. Unfortunately, the food does not make up for the catastrophe that is their service. I arrived before my boyfriend and order a drink an appetizer, which came pretty quickly, but it was one of the bartenders who took my order. But then nothing. Even after my boyfriend arrived, no one came to check on us or anything. I saw the tables around us getting service, but the waitress would not even look at our table and so I wasn't able to easily flag her down. We ended up deciding not to order food, and I went up to the bar to pay. I was there for almost two hours total and did not have a waitress at my table even once. This is quite similar to my other experiences as well. It seems as though the bar is the primary concern of management, while the food service is barely an afterthought. It's a shame, because the food has always been really good when you can actually order it."
