"On Saturday night, I placed an online food order and paid with my debit card on the website. However, when the driver arrived to deliver the food, he insisted I owed him the full amount. I ended up paying him $30 in cash to cover the $24.52 charged to my card along with a tip. I noticed that some of the food was missing and when I brought it up, the driver showed me the receipt and claimed it wasn't part of the order. I checked my online order and found that the missing item, pasta, was indeed included in the charge. After calling the restaurant, the driver returned with the missing pasta.
Upon further inspection, I realized that I received chocolate cake instead of the tiramisu I ordered. When I tried to contact the restaurant again, no one answered. The driver, who seemed unaware of the issue, insisted that he only delivers what he is given. Despite my attempts to rectify the situation, I have been unable to reach a manager for a refund for the overcharge.
I am extremely disappointed with this restaurant and the shady practices I encountered. I have tried contacting them multiple times without success and would never order from them again. I advise caution if you choose to order from here."
