"Very disappointed with this sandwich shop! We waited 38 minutes for 2 sandwiches. There was 1 customer ahead of me, so it was not busy in the restaurant. My sandwich was finally brought out and this is what I saw when I opened it. My sandwich had cheese on it when I specifically asked for none and the cashier repeated it back. When I asked about the cheese, the worker in the back came out to me and my fiancé and word for word said “okay so pull it off. If I take it in the back I’m not making a new one. I will just pull the cheese off and give you the same sandwich”. I was shocked and disappointed. Worst customer service and not friendly at all. Also the “sourdough” (doesn’t look like a sourdough roll to me) was soggy. Will never go back."
