"Love the brunch menu and food was good... i added sausage to the Bolongese...$10... when it finally arrived, everyone in our party was done, and my Bolongese cold, it was sliced and a really small portion... for $10 add on, i'd expect a decent portion... no one offered to get me a fresh Bolongese which i of course wanted to add the sausage to. Issues happen everywhere...it is a matter of how a nice restaurant handles issue when they arise. FYI they did not charge me for the sausage...maybe that is why the portion was so small? Regardless, we have been before a few times, and we will be back. Food is great... this is the 1st time we had a situation."

"We don't eat here often (mile) but if we do, we always have the most beautiful servers. Ours were as it should be. Soup, very good n hot, pasta perfectly boiled, and drinking strawberry frozen adults was so satisfying. A tiny problem when you get 2 years old to eat for your birthday. The constant rocket crys out loud that the mother is worse than the child. Why can't these guys stay with McDonalds where they belong? We couldn't even talk. When they got up, they let the whole room breathe. The rest of our time was very nice."

"We arrived around 1pm on a Sunday. The hostesses greeted us kindly and we were able to get a booth seating as we requested. Ines our waitress was the sweetest waitress I've ever encountered. She didn't rush us but was very attentive. I believe every waitress could learn a thing or two from her. We ordered the chicken Parmesan. Oh my goodness it was huge portions and delicious. We ended up taking 1/2 home. I asked if they made a mocka. Ines said they didn't, but could ask for something similar to be made for me. When it was delivered it was so tasty and perfect. This ended up being such a great experience. We look forward to coming back."

"I was at least ten times at my house in Raleigh, but at my visit I decided to take my wife to Bridgewater... Friday evening, it was with a large amount and filled with this familiar cheesy smell around... So far, I've tried at least 60 percent of the menu, so I decided to go for things I didn't taste before... Delightful Spicy Shrimp Scampi Fritta for appetizers and tour of Italy and Chicken Parmigiana for the... The tour of Italy was brilliant with the Lasagna and Fried Chicken with cheese... "I visited yesterday with my family to celebrate my 27th birthday. I like Olive Garden in general I think it brings an acceptable level of cuisine and service at reasonable price. So I was excited to celebrate my birthday at a great option. They also cater well to vegetarians. We walked in and were sat within 15 minutes on a busy night. Unfortunately, I forgot my ID, so I wasn't able to order my favorite drink! It was my birthday, so, it was worth it to go home and grab the ID real quick. I was a little disappointed, but I understand why they had to do what they did and they promised they would take care of me. And wow, did they! The manager personally seated us, and checked in from time to time. They went above and beyond to rectify a situation that ultimately, was kinda my own fault. And they sang me a pitch perfect happy birthday when they served my delicious dessert. Good food, good service, and excellent management you can tell because the staff seem generally happy to be there. My family, who were newcomers to Olive Garden and a little skeptical being that it was a chain, were actually pretty impressed."

"We added our name to their guest list 20 minutes before we arrive at the Olive Garden Bolingbrook website, we checked as soon as we arrived and did not have to wait for a table even during dinner. Add the list before you arrive if you do not want to wait. Chicken Marsala was delicious as usual. "I had the Chicken Marsala here with a bowl of Toscana Zuppa (Soup and it was fabulous! First time I had Chicken Marsala in a long time (since I last made some at home and very much enjoyed my meal. The chicken was moist and thickly cut. It was exactly as I remembered it from the last time I had it at an Olive Garden over in Austin, Texas. That means that the chain keeps the food quality consistent between locations (at least as far as I've been able to tell . They made my requested substitute without any protest. It normally comes with Alfredo and I requested instead some spaghetti pasta with some more of the Marsala sauce on it. The bread sticks were delicious, particularly when enjoyed with the zuppa. Their Toscana Zuppa didn't have as much Kale as I'd have wanted, at least in the bowl I got, but it was delicious and satisfied my craving for that flavor. I made the stuff at home, but sometimes it's good to go to the source and enjoy the recipe that inspired copycat recipes galore on the internet. My drink was a lemonata (sp? . I worried that it might be alcoholic due to how it looks, but it wasn't. I very much enjoyed the seltzer mixed with the passion fruit and hmm... I forget the other fruit that was in the drink, but it was delicious, nonetheless. The service was stellar. I got a very friendly waitress, who checked on me around seven times, confirming quality of food, replacing the drink for me once, and showing me how to make use of the machine on the table that can take your payment. The front slot is NOT for your credit card!!! The correct slot is hidden on the right side and behind. It's not obvious at a glance, but for those who don't notice that detail, this hopefully will help a reader to avoid a slightly embarrassing incident. XD"

"Went with 4 adults, all ordered something different and got an appetizer and dessert. For an appetizer we got the parmesan metal balls, there were big bread crumbs and melted cheese on top. Everyone enjoyed them, but there were a little under seasoned. 7.5/10 still a solid appetizer. (there's only one in the photo.. You get 5. We were hungry x.x The garden salad was a 7/10, some people liked it more than others but everyone got at least 2 bowls worth so I'd say it was a hit. The bread was also pretty solid, but maybe a little over cooked as once they cooled off a bit they were a bit hard. It's hard to give free salty, buttery, bread a low score, especially when they bring it out still warm. If give them a 7/10 as well. The chicken Alfredo is a 8/10, very cheesy and planty of chicken. The sauce and pasta may have been a bit thick for some but we prefer it that way. Chicken gnocchi soup was rich and creamy, 7.5/10 maybe a little under seasoned. The spaghetti and meat balls was a solid 8/10. Very saucy and flavorful. The steak and Alfredo sauce was really good. The Alfredo sauce like mentioned before might be a little dry for some but I prefer it that way. Very saucy, and thick. The steak unfortunately was a little undercooked for my liking (ordered a well done and got a medium rare they cooked me a whole new order of steak with a side of Alfredo sauce. I ate it all, slightly punishing but it was too good to waste. Not only did they replace the while meal they comped the meal, amazing customer service! The second steak I got was perfectly cooked and very flavorful. For dessert we got itilian donuts with a chocolate raspberry sauce. They were very light and fluffy, the sauce was rich creamy and the fruity flavor came threw. It was hard to get the sauce on the icing sugar coating but after a couple dipings you get one of the best desserts I've had, I've not the best. 10/10 it's a must try if you haven't already. The atmosphere is a typical itilian American restaurant, service was superb, and the place was clean. We try to go to olive garden in Duluth at least once a trip but after this experience I'll try to convince the group to go multiple times. : Overall I'd give this place a 9/10 the management and staff are doing something right here."

"Very nice place to eat I love this restaurant even though it can be a pretty penny but I don't mind putting my money into this place. The only reason why I knocked off a star is because the last time we were there of course granted it was Valentine’s Day and it was busy but I called before we even drove there and asked if there was a table available and they said yes there is. I wish they would of mentioned why not make a reservation for a table only not a booth because when we arrived they tried sitting me and my fiance at a booth and mind you I'm a bigger girl and I couldn't fit in the booth so I was so embarrassed waiting at the booth to see if they had a table available and they only had a two person tiny table left and it was cramped in-between two full tables of people. We still stayed because we like olive garden and we weren't wanting to go anywhere else. I just wish they would make the booths more spacious for bigger people. Not only that our server wasn't very friendly at all and it took a while for him to bring us our salad and didn't even check in to see how it was going or for refills on our drinks. He didn't really talk or anything. But over all the food is always good and hot and I will come back again just know to reserve a table only and hope to not get the same server again"
